Bean Sprout Coffee began with a simple goal: to serve coffee that feels as good as it tastes.
Blake, our founder, started Bean Sprout in his hometown of St. Louis, Missouri. He built a team rooted in hospitality, great design, and even better espresso. Now, his sister Jessica carries that same spirit to Minnesota, infusing every event with care, quality, and a sense of connection.
Out Coffee is about more than caffeine—it’s about creating a moment worth savoring.
