Amy’s Vision
When Amy approached Bean Sprout Coffee Co. to design her wedding beverage experience, she brought us the perfect creative blueprint: her wedding invitations. Featuring a vintage stamp-edge frame, a fluid monogram, and an understated heart, this single piece of stationery inspired a complete 360° visual narrative that brought her design vision to life at the espresso bar.
The Inspiration: From Paper Invite to Mobile Espresso Bar
Our goal with our Full Visual Customization Package is to ensure that when a guest steps up to our espresso bar, it feels like an authentic, intentional extension of the bride's carefully planned design language.
We began by digitally isolating and meticulously recreating the monogram from the invitation. Once the vector artwork was flawless, we adapted the invitation's signature postage-stamp serrated border across every single physical touchpoint of our setup.
1. The Custom Wrapped Bar & Signage
The focal point of the lounge was our mobile espresso cart, transformed into a personalized piece of installation art. The front of the bar featured an oversized, high-contrast print of the custom stamp logo. To mirror this on the counter, we designed a minimalist, freestanding Cocktail & Coffee Menu mirroring the exact paper texture and scalloped border of Amy's stationery.
2. Branded Cup Elements
Every single beverage served throughout the evening carried the wedding's signature mark. For hot drinks, we utilized high-definition Custom Cup Stickers mimicking a real black-and-white postage stamp, perfectly centered on clean, matte-white cups. We also offer custom-printed sleeves, but Amy’s choice of the direct stamp sticker perfectly complemented the stationery motif!
3. Custom Latte Art Prints Across Coffee & Cocktails
The visual identity truly came alive at the surface of the drinks. Utilizing our premium edible-ink latte printers, we developed a rotational sequence of three distinct latte art designs for the evening, tailored to fit the romantic, high-fashion aesthetic:
The Classic Icon: The primary AF monogram enclosed in the signature postage-stamp frame.
The Romance Motif: A delicate, clean line-art heart framing the script initials.
The Playful Touch: A stylized script reading "Love Potion," perfect for an evening celebratory energy boost.
The Signature Cocktail Add-On: Elevating the Espresso Martini
Amy maximized her customization package by utilizing our Signature Cocktail Add-On. Our baristas didn't just fuel the dance floor with specialty caffeine; we stepped behind the bar to finish the evening's premier pour: a luxurious Espresso Martini crafted with vodka, rich coffee liqueur, fresh-pulled espresso, and a dash of chocolate bitters.
Because our printing technology relies on a stable, micro-foam surface, the dense, velvety crema of a perfectly shaken Espresso Martini acts as a flawless canvas. Guests were captivated as their coupe glasses were topped with the exact same crisp, golden monogram foam art that they had seen on their lattes earlier in the day.
A New Standard for Wedding Hospitality
Set against a backdrop of cascading cream drapery, warm glowing Edison bulbs, and crystal chandeliers, the Bean Sprout mobile espresso bar functioned as both an interactive culinary station and a key piece of event decor. By weaving Amy's invitation details into everything from the custom menu signage to the top of an Espresso Martini, we proved that wedding coffee can be a deeply personal, curated work of art.
