For two days, Bean Sprout Coffee Co. was tasked with being the heartbeat of the conference. Serving from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, we deployed two fully-manned mobile espresso bars across two floors, ensuring that as attendees transitioned between sessions, they never lost their momentum.
We Travel: Bringing STL & MSP Quality to Wisconsin
Although we are based in St. Louis and Minneapolis, we are a mobile-first operation. At Landlock’s Kansas City conference last year, guest fell in love! We packed the Bean Sprout van and headed to Wisconsin to ensure LLL had the exact level of luxury they required.
They didn’t have to think about an in-state alternative–we moved with them. We are fully equipped for regional travel, bringing our pro baristas to high-end venues across the Midwest.
Scaling for Success: Two Floors, Two Carts, Infinite Energy
When you gather the nation’s top wedding experts in a venue as prestigious as the Saint Kate, logistics are everything. LandLocked Luxury required a seamless flow across both floors of the educational conference.
The Strategy: We deployed two fully-manned mobile espresso bars from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for both days of the event.
The Result: By having a presence on every floor where talks were held, we eliminated "caffeine bottlenecks," ensuring attendees stayed fueled, focused, and present for every keynote speaker.
The Mid-Day Pivot: Thinking on Our Toes
The true test of a luxury vendor is how they handle the unexpected. On Day One, a classic event-day curveball arrived: the LLL team dropped off custom-branded cups that weren't in the original specs.
There was a catch—the cups were massive.
For our famous Logo-Printed Latte Art, the drink must be filled to the very brim to create a crisp, high-definition canvas. Serving a half-empty cup meant losing the "Instagrammable" moment in a room literally full of professional content creators.
The "Nested Cup" Innovation:
We didn't panic; we innovated. We performed a "Nested Cup" maneuver, fitting our specialty-sized cups inside the LLL branded sleeves.
The Result: We maintained the conference’s branding, ensured every latte was photo-ready for the "Gram," and kept the line moving without a single second of delay. No one was the wiser, and the LLL team looked like heroes for providing consistent branding on both floors.

In the wedding industry, if it isn't on social media, did it even happen? We knew we had to give these pros something viral. We programmed our latte art printers with four exclusive designs that celebrated the LLL brand.
The guest interaction was electric. Seeing a "Wedding Pro" stop in their tracks to film their coffee is the ultimate compliment. Our bars became the "Water Cooler" of the event—the place where the biggest collaborations of 2026 were sparked over a perfectly printed oat milk latte.
